Draft, version 2026-10

Privacy statement

This is a draft version, for review. It applies to the website nuvvo.be and to the Nuvvo Start package.

1. Who processes your data

VNE BV, Lebeke 94, 9450 Haaltert, enterprise number BE 0476.930.984, is the data controller. You can reach us at hello@nuvvo.be.

2. Which data and why

Visiting nuvvo.be: we measure traffic with Umami, without cookies and without personal data. Your IP address is not stored. That is why we show no cookie banner.

Contact form and email: your name, email address and message, so we can reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request.

Ordering Nuvvo Start: your enterprise number, the name and address of your business (retrieved from the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises), your name, email and phone number, the domain name and mailbox you chose, and what you tell us about your business for your page. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal invoicing duty.

Payment: we see the payment status and the type of payment method. Your card or account number goes straight to our payment partner and never reaches us.

Customer portal: your login, the changes you request and the content you supply for your page, including logo and photos.

Your business on your own site: the details you supply for your page appear on your own domain. You are responsible for that content.

3. Who we share data with

DNS Belgium, the .be registry: to register your domain name we pass on the holder's details (name, address, email, phone, enterprise number). DNS Belgium processes them under its own privacy policy and may contact the holder directly to verify them.

Hosting providers in the EU: the servers that run nuvvo.be, your page and your mailbox.

Cloudflare: the name servers of your domain. Cloudflare sees which domain names are looked up, not the content of your site or your email.

Mollie: our payment partner, for the monthly payment.

Anthropic: we write the text of your page with the help of an AI model, based on what you tell us about your business. We only send your business details and your answers, never your login or payment data.

We have agreements on data protection with each of these parties. We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.

4. How long we keep data

Contact requests: up to one year after the last contact. Order and invoice data: seven years, as accounting law requires. Your page, mailbox and portal data: up to three months after your subscription ends, so you have time to move your email. An unfinished order is deleted after thirty days.

5. Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to a processing operation or ask for your data to be transferred. Email hello@nuvvo.be. We reply within a month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.

6. Cookies

nuvvo.be uses no cookies for statistics or advertising. During ordering we set one technical cookie that keeps your answers until your order is complete, for thirty days at most. In the customer portal a session cookie keeps you logged in. No consent is needed for that.

7. Changes

If we change this statement, the new version appears here with a new version number. For an important change we email our customers.
