Nuvvo Start terms and conditions
This is a draft version, for review. It supplements the general terms and conditions of VNE BV for the Nuvvo Start package.
1. What you're buying
Nuvvo Start is a monthly subscription from VNE BV (trading as Nuvvo), Lebeke 94, 9450 Haaltert, BE 0476.930.984. It includes: one .be domain name in the customer's name, hosting of one web page (one-pager) with 50 GB of web space shared with the mailboxes, up to 10 email addresses on the domain, the building of the page by Nuvvo in the chosen style, up to 3 content changes per calendar year, and support in English, Dutch and French.
The offer is for businesses only (with an enterprise number). Consumers cannot order it.
2. Price and payment
The price is €25 per month excl. VAT (€30.25 incl. 21% VAT). There are no setup fees and no hidden costs. You pay the first month when you order. After that the amount is collected automatically every month by SEPA direct debit or card, through our payment partner Mollie.
If a payment fails, we try again and notify you by email. If payment is still not made, we may suspend the service after a warning and a reasonable period.
3. Term and cancellation
The agreement runs for 12 months from the day of ordering and is then tacitly renewed month by month. After the first 12 months you can cancel monthly, with no cancellation fees, through the customer portal or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.
If you stop, the domain name remains yours. You can transfer it to another registrar. We provide the transfer code on request. Your page and mailboxes remain accessible for 30 days after the end of the agreement, so you can move your email. After that they are deleted.
4. Domain name
Nuvvo is an accredited registrar with DNS Belgium. The domain name is registered in the customer's name, with the customer's contact details as holder. The registration is subject to the general terms and conditions of DNS Belgium for .be domain names. You accept these when you order.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details as domain holder and you report any changes. DNS Belgium may ask you to confirm your identity. Without confirmation the domain name may be temporarily unusable. The yearly renewal of the domain is included in the price for as long as the agreement runs.
5. Changes
A change is an edit to the existing page: editing a text, replacing a photo, adding opening hours or a service. 3 changes per calendar year are included. Extra changes are charged at a fixed amount per change, communicated in advance.
A new page, a completely new design or an expansion into a multi-page website is not a change. For that we prepare a quote.
6. Content and liability
You supply the information, texts, logos and photos and guarantee that you are allowed to use them. Nuvvo may edit the page technically and editorially to make it work well and be findable. You check the page before publication or straight after and report any errors.
Nuvvo aims for hosting availability of 99.5% per month, excluding maintenance. Nuvvo is not liable for indirect damage or lost income. Liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Privacy
Nuvvo processes your data to deliver and invoice the service. To register your .be domain we pass the holder's details on to DNS Belgium, which processes them as the registry. How we handle your data is set out in our privacy statement.
Belgian law applies to this agreement. Disputes are brought before the courts of the district where VNE BV has its registered office.
